The NFL playoff schedule now is set in stone, and begins with four matchups to take you through the first weekend of 2020.

The 49ers clinched a playoff spot back in Week 15, but the difference between the first and the fifth seed in the NFC came down to the regular-season finale, a "Sunday Night Football" showdown between San Francisco and the arch-rival Seattle Seahawks at CenturyLink Field.

The 49ers held on for a wild 26-21 win to secure the NFC West title and the No. 1 seed, ensuring the road to the Super Bowl runs through Levi's Stadium.
